Clockwork

A mechanism for trading tokenized equities — NVDA, AAPL, SPY, and roughly ninety more — routed through public liquidity and settled straight into your wallet.

Your keys wind it. Nothing else does.

Connecting a wallet is the only account Clockwork has. There is no sign-up, no custodian, and no balance held anywhere but the address you connect. The mechanism only turns because you turn it.

II

A price, cut the instant it’s asked for.

Every quote is pulled fresh from the pools carrying that pair right now — not cached, not estimated. Ask again a second later and the tape prints a different number, the same way the market does.

III

The route runs through public pools, not around them.

Clockwork compares the Uniswap V3 and V4 pools available for a pair and sends the trade through whichever is carrying the best price at that moment. Nothing is hidden from the pool, and nothing is hidden from you — the same routing anyone could do by hand, done in the time it takes to read this line.

IV

Two strikes for a sale, one for a purchase.

Buying only asks for a signature. Selling asks for two: first a permit that lets the router spend the token, then the swap itself. They stay two separate approvals because the token and the trade are two separate promises — Permit2 keeps them that way instead of asking for a blank check up front.

2signatures to sell, not one

V

Ninety-odd companies, printed the same way.

NVDA, AAPL, SPY, and roughly ninety others — every one a token backed by the underlying share, tradeable the moment the tape can print its symbol. The list grows as more are listed; nothing here requires an application or a waiting room.

Wind it.

The trading screen is a single page: choose a side, watch the quote settle, sign once or twice, done. Nothing here asks who you are.
